Servo arm jig #B is used to hold the drilled and milled block of aluminum on the rotary table while shaping the arm.

The jig has two functions:

  • Hold the stock with one of the small holes at the center of the rotary table to shape the top of the servo arm.
  • Hold the stock with the 1/4" hole at the center of the rotary table to shape the 3/8" column and remove extra material.

The tall pin on the left is concentric with a hole to receive the index pin in the center of the rotary table. The 1/4" stub on the right also fits over the index pin. See Signals, Arm manufacturing steps, for jig B in use.
