While thinking about an answer for the timing issue, I thought of a better way to change a semaphore aspect. Instead of moving the arm in 10 equal steps, it looks as good or better to move the arm in 3° steps until the new aspect is reach. This also helps the timing issue.

When building the second version of the Monitor bracket, the holds for the LEDs were not round. How does a normal 1/4" drill cut a pentagonal hole? Checking everything I finely realized that the mill spindle was the problem. When pressed hard the spindle visible moves. Next big job - replacing the spindle bearings.
