Ordered another small camera. Something in the chain changed and now I have to do a file format change to work with Camtasia. the result is a bad video with lots of weirdness.
Replacement Arduino Mega is being shipped. No word if there is an issue with my HW design.
New camera arrived. Better images. Mounting may be an issue. Didn't fix the format issue.
I have been hearing an unidentified noise for some time. The servo for semaphore #26, bottom has failed. It 'chatters.' My guess is that the feedback has slack in the chain or the rheostat has a bad spot so thing move back and forth hunting for a setting that is not there.
Running Merry-go-round is poop. Timing get fixed and then stop working again.
Restructured Merry-go-round. Works, consistently much better.
Turns out to record the TTS from TrainThing the laptop need "Stereo mix" which is a driver not available for the laptop. Can get the TTS out from the Laptop speakers and in to the mic and it sounds like it. Another opting is to record the TTS into a non-synced file and then cut it back into the correct time.
