- Have installed about a fourth of the semaphores. Plans for the next fourth.
- Working on the laptop and raspberry Pi software.
- Updated the Sphinx documentation.

- Work in the shop to mill bracket parts.
- Bench work to assemble all the little parts to build the semaphore brackets.
- Built the small circuit boards for the semaphore lights.

- Installed all the servo bracket I had.
- Wired the servos to the Raspberry Pi and semaphore lights to 12vdc.
- Started building the last(?) 10 servo brackets.
