Version 2 of the simulator has been uploaded.
The simulator is fully functional with the exception of:
The "Repeat Similar Runs" function currently commented out. The train speed functionality is not currently implemented. (Will display RED or stopped.)
Still needing to be updated to reflect the new simulator are:

Minor update to the Simulator
<Repeat Simulator Run> implemented. Adjusted location of some signals and labels.
Discovered that the redirection back to the initialization screen does not work after <End Run> Works fine after input error detection.
Documentation still outstanding.

Train speed works but not correct.
Tweaks to the documentation.
Working on Quick State video. Say what you will about Sisyphus. He always has work.
